Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Timeless for your Botox services. These policies are in place to ensure a seamless, professional and enjoyable experience for every client.


All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.


Appointments must be confirmed via text when received. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to clients on the waitlist.


A minimum of 48 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% service fee. Same day cancellations and no-show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.


Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a 50% service fee and will be rescheduled.


Please note policies apply for all cancellations reasons, regardless of circumstances.


For safety and the nature of services provided, children and guests are not allowed in the treatment room.


Please silence your phone upon arrival to ensure and keep an uninterrupted experience.
